GameChanger (Android)

A youth sports platform with scheduling, scorekeeping, live-streaming/video-consumption, and team communication features. In particular i worked on the follow features:

Live-streaming: Using Amazon IVS + S3

Automatic Clipping: Generating short video clips automatically, from live-streamed HLS video and scorekeeping data

Video Playback: Consuming Video and various metadata collected during and after the game 

Tackle and Flag Football: Scorekeeping features

DubVTransit2

 

The purpose of this app is to quickly determine the fastest route between two West Virginia University campus locations for students.

 

This app utilizes the Google Maps and Directions APIs to provide these directions. WVU also makes an API available for the current PRT start. Because the WVU Personal Rapid Transit System (PRT) is not integrated into Google Maps a custom algorithm is used to estimate travel times.


DubVTransit2 is a continuation on a project I did in undergrad. It's open source and available on the play store. 

Mission Control

 

Mission Control is drone ground control station app. It is designed specifically to make planning and executing survey missions easy. Use cases include on power lines, construction sites, crop fields, solar fields, and airstrips.  It is also used by several police and fire departments, universities, and military bases.

 

Mission Control also has several features enabling users to fly drones manually: such as gimbal controls, video streaming, and advanced flight logging.


I worked on Mission Control with Kelly Schrock at Hitec Commercial Solutions from 2020 to 2022.

Ecrue


Ecrue was a social saving platform I helped develop for Vandalia Software, LLC.


Ecrue enabled users to budget and crowdfund for the items they desired from over 4,000 retailers  

Users could:

Find & Add Items - Browse using our custom search engine or use product links from participating sites to add items. 

Budget and Crowdfund - Deposit money or open your items for crowdfunding to reach your goals quicker/faster. 

Buy / Purchase - Buy your items/products once they have been fully funded and share your successes with contributors.
